Show and Tell will be moving to a Thursday as of this week. Our focus this term is being able to ask a range of appropriate questions to the speaker. Items brought in for Show and Tell will be kept in the classroom and the children will be encouraged not to take these outside at break and lunchtimes.
We are really excited for World Book Day on Thursday 5th March. We will be celebrating the day with fancy dress, a competition, class buddying activities and other literacy related work within classes.
Optional Fancy Dress
Story Box Competition
Sharing our Favourite Books Pupils are encouraged to bring in their favourite book, comic or magazine for World Book Day. This will be used during independent reading time and in some of our class activities.
We can’t wait for a great fun-filled book themed day!
Our target in P.E this term is improving our balance.
We are learning about Money in Maths at the moment. The children have been learning to recognise, sort and add coins together.
