As part of Science Week P1/2 have been investigating floating and sinking. We have been learning about prediction and we had to guess what we thought would happen before we carried out our experiments.

Please can everyone hand these in as soon as possible? (There are lots of families waiting to hear if they can have a 3rd ticket for the Tuesday evening.)

Scholastic Book Fair — Primary 5/6 ~ Miss MacDonald 2019/20

As part of this our Health and Wellbeing Topic this term we have been looking at Medicines and Harmful Substances.  Today we have been sorting substances we may find around the house into things that are safe and things that are unsafe.

Who doesn’t enjoy it when the wall bars come out in school?

As part of our topic on Castles p1/2 have made some super fact files and created pictures of castles in Maths using only circles, squares and rectangles.

We were joined today by the nursery as part of their transition. 

We are still focusing on Balance and Movement in our P.E. lessons.
